Educational Research and Dissemination

The Educational Research & Dissemination Collaborative Program is a union-sponsored, research-based professional development program supported by the St. Paul Federation of Teachers and the St. Paul Public Schools.

The ER&D Collaborative Program is committed to:

              •  Offering a non-threatening, non-judgmental learning environment;

              •  Providing opportunities for thoughtful discussion about teaching and learning with colleagues and researchers;

             •  Providing opportunities for self-reflection, professional growth and collegial inquiry.

Participants are eligible to receive in-service credit, graduate credit or the staff development hourly rate.
